Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free if your cart is above $50, otherwise its a $10 flat rate or $15 for express. International orders shipping is $20.
How fast is dispatch?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours but we may experience delays during holidays and peak periods. We will always endeavor to notify you of any delays if they come up.
What is your refund policy?

Are your products considered a Dangerous Good for shipping?
No. As the majority of our formulations are water based we don't fall under the Dangerous Goods category for shipping.

Where are your products made?
All our products are made in Sydney, Australia.
Are your ingredients safe?
We only use the safest ingredients possible.
The ingredients in our Perfume Making Kits are all food-grade to allow a complete sensory experience for all kinds of users.
Can I use your products on/around pets?
All of our products and ingredients are cruelty free which means they haven't been tested on animals. We therefore do not recommend using them on animals.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Technically they don't have any as the products are stable for extended periods. We do however, recommend replacing your products within 6 months after fragrances have been opened.
How long does my perfume last once made?
Our perfume kits are designed to create and experiment with. As we don’t use alcohol or preservatives in our kits, the finished perfume is not designed to have the same long shelf life as a commercially manufactured perfume. Because the perfume is water-based and preservative-free, we recommend making smaller amounts at a time and replacing the perfume if there are any changes in its appearance, smell or texture. Store in a cool space, do not keep in direct sunlight.
I have allergies and/or sensitive skin, can I use your products?
We always recommend patch testing prior to use and never use on your face or eyes.
